All of the howto's and screenshots listed below are using the domain name ispcal.com. Since we offer users other domain name extensions for geographical locations, such as Chico, Redding, Yuba-City and others, you need to replace ispcal.com with the domain name you signed up for if your e-mail address is not username@ispcal.com. As an example, users who use the chiconet.com domain in thier e-mail address would replace ispcal.com with chiconet.com.
